Mr. Rugara is the Head of Portfolio Companies for CCG. Prior to joining CCG Mr. Rugara was CEO of a diversified industrial company in manufacturing, housing and engineering. Mr. Rugara’s experience includes being CEO of the largest pharmaceutical company in Zambia. Mr. Rugara has had P & L responsibility of several hundred million rands and managed over 2,000 employees.
Prior to that Mr. Rugara worked for one on the largest Industrial Companies in Southern Africa as Group Electrical Engineer. Prior to that Mr. Rugara was a Senior Consultant with PWC.
Mr. Rugara holds a Bachelor of technology in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (hons).
