• Analyze and issue opinion on the financial condition of companies contemplating M&A or restructuring;
• Select optimal business structure(s);
• Present a project, identify potential subjects of merger, investors, and parties to the transaction;
• Conduct extensive due diligence on the company and calculate transaction efficiency;
• Develop strategies, work out and seek approval of transaction terms;
• Advise at the negotiations stage on the terms and principles of the transaction;
• Assist in preparing the documentation required to perform the transaction.
